2 Cups flour
1⅔ Cup of Parmesan cheese (grated)
¾ Cup of unsalted butter (approx 170g)
½ Teaspoon of salt
¼ Teaspoon of pepper
Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix with your hands until nice and firm. Lay the mixture on a stick-free surface and roll flat with a rolling pin. Cut the biscuits into your desired shape, bake in a preheated oven of 180ºC for 15-20 minutes until light brown, and leave to rest 15 minutes before serving.
