Brie Larson’s: Beef Lasagne

30ml Vegetable oil
2 Onions, chopped
2 Garlic fingers, chopped
1kg Beef mince, slightly fatty
5ml Dried herbs Quarter cup of wine
15ml Worcestershire sauce
15ml Tomato paste
1½ Beef stock cubes in 375ml boiling water
12 Lasagne sheets
120g Grated mozzarella cheese
90g Butter
95g Cake flour
1 Litre of milk
Salt to taste

Preheat your oven to 180ºC. Heat the oil in a large saucepan and fry the onions and garlic until cooked (about three minutes). Add the mince and brown, stirring occasionally until there is no more red in the meat. Next, add the herbs, Worcestershire sauce, tomato paste and stock and simmer for 30 minutes. White Sauce
Melt the butter in a separate saucepan and add the flour; whisk in the milk and simmer for 20 minutes, seasoning with salt and pepper.
Spoon one third of the mince into the bottom of an oven dish and top with three sheets of lasagne; add another layer of mince, and top with half of the white sauce; add another three sheets of lasagne before spooning in the rest of the mince and then the rest of the sauce. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the lasagne and place in the oven for between 45 minutes to an hour.
