6 hard-boiled eggs
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon honey mustard
½ cup fried bacon bits
6 small cherry tomamtoes, finely chopped
1 handful basil leaves, finely chopped


Like the classic deviled eggs, peel the eggs and hollow out the yolks into a bowl. Mash the egg yolks in a bowl, using a fork. Add the mayonnaise and honey mustard until well combined. Mix the bacon bits, tomatoes and basil. Spoon or pipe the mixture into the hollowed out egg whites. Serve chilled.
