  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ¼ cup fried bacon bits
  • 2 tablespoons grated cheddar
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 2 finely chopped jalapenos
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ground pepper


Like the classic deviled eggs, peel the eggs and hollow out the yolks into a bowl. Using a fork, mash the egg yolks in a bowl. Stir in the mayonnaise, lemon juice, bacon bits, cheddar, mustard and jalapenos. Spoon or pipe the mixture into the hollowed out egg whites and garnish with ground black pepper.
