The film stands as testament to Rouge’s dedication to her art and her creativity as an all-round artist. In an industry prone to overlooking female rappers, Rouge has created a body of work that will set the bar for all future music projects on the continent.

“I wanted to give listeners and viewers something different, something memorable and also perhaps, an insight into what motivates me, what drives my narrative and my music. I really hope my fans enjoy it and it connects them to my message and through that, me to them.  An artist is defined by her fans, and I am grateful for – and blessed by – their love and support,” said Rouge.
