Phenom Lux-Stand Out and Help Out

Selena Gomez’s first design collaboration with PUMA is the highly anticipated Phenom Lux—a shoe that is made to stand out and help out. Designed for training, but styled for slaying, the Phenom Lux allows women not only to perform, but also take action.

For this important first design collaboration between Selena and PUMA, the Phenom Lux will benefit the Lupus Research Alliance, the world’s leading private funder of Lupus research, which fosters scientific advancement by pushing limits and shepherding new discoveries into potential treatments – with the ultimate goal of finding a cure for Lupus.

The Phenom Lux is a highly exclusive drop, released in limited quantities worldwide. The stylish shoe is an elevated take on PUMA’s newest Phenom silhouette, and it merges true performance benefits with a fashion forward look. The IGNITE foam and forefoot zones create superior energy return, giving women the power to make their move. And since Selena loves simplicity, mixed with a touch of bling, the shoe sports a sophisticated, white leather upper with gold details and a removable anklet. “It’s been really fun to work so closely with PUMA on the design of this shoe. I’m also proud to partner with them in helping to affect lives and bring attention to a cause that is very important to me personally,” says Selena Gomez. There is nothing better than knowing a self-treat benefits those truly in need, and the Phenom Lux will be available from 6th April for R2 499, exclusively at PUMA stores.

Fashion Editor I am a stylist and have worked with many celebrities. Magazines are a great platform to inform people on styling and fashion trends. Fashion gives freedom to people and allows them to be who they want to be. I loves to help readers to look as stylish as they can be, regardless of their body type, skin colour etc. It’s a great feeling to have knowing, that in helping someone choose an outfit, you’re also helping them feel more confident. When I'm not busy being a fashion editor I can be found designing and drawing.
