#MakeupMonday: Copy Kim’s Luxe Look

SOME things are almost always guaranteed when it comes to Kim K’s make-up: luminous skin, nude lips and full flirty lashes. Even when Kim does her own face beat, she goes to lengths to find the ideal shade, to contour flawlessly and to perfect her brows. Luckily, we’ve done the heavy lifting and present to you the simplest steps to get Kim’s signature gorgeous face.

Step 1

START with eyes – any  fallout can be easily wiped away to ensure a perfectly clean slate. Kim’s signature look is gold-toned eye make-up. Use gold eyeshadow over the eyelid and blend with a highlight colour just under the brows. Use a darker brown shade and line above the lashline. Kim’s dramatic lashes is (no surprise) false followed with multiple coats of volumizing mascara.

Step 2

USE a wet make-up sponge to apply foundation focussing on any red areas. Kim uses a creamy concealer on top of her foundation to brighten eyes and give skin a dewy finish.

Step 3

KIM never leaves the house without: ‘Warmed up skin! I use my contour sticks and blend it to give my face warmth.’ Play up your features like Kontour Kween Kim. Sweep a highlighter on the cheekbones, center of the nose, chin and cupid’s bow. Use a bronzer just under the cheekbones and blush up the apples of the cheeks.

Step 4

TO get the perfect pout apply foundation all over to make sure that lips are the same shade as the rest of the face. Kim’s advice:  ‘I love to overline my upper lip.’ Then apply your favourite nude lipstick.

Step 5
