Today, one of Hollywood’s most controversial television personalities; Stacey Dash celebrates her 50th birthday. It’s quite amazing when you take into account how cute she looks and how petite her frame is. Stacey just made fifty the new forty, or even thirty. Okay, maybe thirty is a bit far fetched but she looks great and you can’t deny that. The American actress and television personality is best known for her role in the 1995 film, Clueless and the television show of the same name. She appeared in films such as Renaissance Man and Mo’Money. Some of her other work include the popular television series Single Ladies.

Marriage

Stacey has been married three times. Between 1999 and 2005 she was married to Brian Lovell. From 2005 and 2006 she got married to James Maby, and to Emmanuel  Xuereb in 2009 – 2011.

Music Videos

Dash has appeared in over five music videos. Including, All Fall Down by Kanye West ft. Syleena Johnson and Super High by Rick Ross featuring Neyo.

Segregation

On January, 20th, 2016, the actress made a controversial statement on Fox & Friends when she said “Either we want to have segregation or integration. And if we don’t want segregation, then we need to get rid of channels like BET and the BET Awards and the Image Awards where you’re only awarded if you’re black”.

Parents

Dash’s parents were drug addicts; her mom introduced her to drugs when she was just sixteen.  She revealed in her tell-all book, Dash, Stacey (2016). There Goes My Social Life: From Clueless to Conservative

Suicide

As a teenager, Stacey tried to end her life by overdosing on medication. Her mother, she says, drove her to a mental institution, but she pleaded with her to leave, and they did.
