Our favourite fitness bunnie has revealed that she has some big fitness plans to achieve during the national lockdown. With gyms around the country closed due to the lockdown regulations as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, many gave let their fitness goals slip. However, Sbahle has revealed that she hopes to lose 15 kilos during this nationwide lockdown!
In a recent Instagram post, the former Tropika Island Of Treasure contestant revealed that “Training at home during the #covid19lockdown has been a challenging experience for me because I feel super limited. [sic]”
Sbahle adds that she has gained weight since her 2018 car accident that left her in a coma for months and saw her dealing with amnesia. The accident also saw Sbahle unable to walk for months which hampered her fitness goals as well.
While Sbahle hopes to lose the weight, she is being realistic about the process. “I did set a few plans for myself to lose 15kgs between March to end of June. Might sound impossible but I was going to achieve that goal too, show you my several measurements during that phase and tell everyone how to achieve that goal,” she says.

I miss gym so much 😭 I did set a few plans for myself to loose 15kgs between March to end of June. Might sound impossible but I was going to achieve that goal too, show you my several measurements during that phase and tell everyone how to achieve that goal. As soon as I return back to gym with @philthefitness_ I will reset that goal and loose 15kgs without fail #FitnessBunnie Training at home during the #covid19lockdown has been a challenging experience for me because I feel super limited. But I am a smart-watch owner so I have been tracking my daily progress irrespective of how held back I feel. I started off with the struggle of burning 250 calories in 45mins, today I burnt 422 calories in 40mins on my first training session 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 Big Ups 🤩 #Improvements Later this afternoon I will do light cardio & core exercises so I can burn 300 calories more. My goal for the past two weeks was set for me to burn 500 calories daily without fail BUT my goal this week is to burn 700 calories daily #ForeverActive It’s a challenge because I’m not capable to train as I wish because I’m not 100% mobile yet from my injury but I push myself with the little I can do. I’ve surprisingly lost little weight & I’m toning up a-little 🥰 I promise to host ONE training session with y’all in May #ChallengeYourself
