Moët & Chandon once again hosted its annual Moet Grand Day, a sparkling 24-hour global celebration which saw friends of the Champagne House raise their glasses in a toast to the 150th anniversary of Moët & Chandon Impérial.
An icon of celebration since 1869, Moët Impérial has marked global celebratory traditions for 150 years from the world’s sporting podiums to Hollywood’s red carpet.
As always, Johannesburg celebrated in style with a star-studded attendance at the Michelangelo hotel in Sandton. South Africa added its special touch to proceedings by presenting a ‘Studio 1869’ theme, a contemporary reinterpretation of New York City’s 70s glitz and glamorous discos.
Celebs at this year’s event included Boity Thulo, Maps Maponyane, Jessica Nkosi, Kelly Khumalo, Khanya Mkangisa and Mihlali Ndamase whom all donned their perfectly themed Studio 54 outfits.
