Superstar rapper and record producer Rikhado Makhado, also known as Riky Rick officially announced the line-up for his much anticipated first annual Cotton Fest, taking place in Johannesburg, February 2.
The much loved entertainer revealed on social media last year that he would be curating a one-day festival, which would merge both established and upcoming local artists onto one combined platform, while offering a safe and high energy space to experience both music and fashion.
The festival, which is set to take place on Saturday, February 2 at The Station, Newtown brings together over 80 local artists including Kwesta, AKA, Nasty C, Reason, Nadia Nakai and more.

Speaking about the support on social media, the star wrote, “Thank you for the love and support. #CottonFest2019 isn’t about me. It’s about building something bigger than the individual. Something we can look back on 20 years from now and be like, “we were there”. We might not be perfect first time around but if we there together we good.”
