Kim Kardashian does 200 sit-ups every day to keep her famous curves in check.
The 29-year-old reality TV star is famous for her hourglass figure, and enjoys flaunting it in revealing clothing. Kim works hard to maintain her body, devoting hours every day to exercising.
“My favourite part of my body is probably my stomach! I work hard to keep it flat, so I’m pretty proud of it. I make sure I do sit-ups every day – I have to,” Kim told British magazine New! “I try to do at least 200 every day.
But then I also do loads of working out and running, so it’s a bit of a combination. I do a lot of running on the treadmill. I try to do a bit every day. Like, at least one or two miles every day.”
Kim is also trying to stop eating junk food, admitting ice cream and pizza are the hardest to give up. She hopes eating healthier will help improve her thighs, which she dislikes, but says she will “learn to love” them if her new plan doesn’t work.
“I really don’t like my thighs. No matter how much running I do, I just can’t get them how I want them to be,” Kim sighed. “I wish they were smaller. But you know what? They are a part of me and I have to learn to love them. I’m still learning, though!”
Kim also opened up about her career. She is extremely proud of the success she has achieved so far, and has hinted she has a number of exciting job opportunities coming up.
“I’ve done a few things [on TV] and really enjoyed doing them, so it would be great if the opportunity came up. There are a few things in the pipeline, so you’ll have to watch this space!” she said.
Kim currently stars in reality show Keeping Up with the Kardashians with her family, as well as designing a range of clothing and accessories, a jewellery collection, and her own fragrance line.
