Rita Ora is the new global brand ambassador for Thomas Sabo.
The Let You Love Me hitmaker has signed a two-year deal with the German firm, with the gig seeing her following in the footsteps of Katy Perry, Poppy Delevingne and Georgia May Jagger.
Ora will front the brand from July onwards and will appear in Sabo’s autumn/winter 2019 campaign.
“Rita Ora’s strength, passion, creativity and self-confident styling underline the long-term reorientation of global brand communication and the vision of the multi-faceted Thomas Sabo collections to make jewellery dreams come true for everyone,” a brand rep said in a statement.
In addition, Ora will also front marketing imagery for Sabo’s watch line.
The 28-year-old recently shared a sweet thank you note on Instagram to the jeweller, as she posed wearing new pieces.
“Thank you so much @thomassabo for my custom jewellery last night,” she captioned the snap, showing her backstage at one of her Phoenix World Tour shows in the U.K.
Ora has been flexing her design skills lately, having been tapped to co-design a footwear collection for shoe retailer Deichmann and customise fashion label Escada’s classic Heart bag.
And earlier this year, she unveiled a luxe five-piece range with Giuseppe Zanotti, with prices ranging from $895 to $1,995 (£700 – £1,575).
Talking about the collaboration, the celebrity shoe designer explained how he was inspired by the singer’s personality.
“I wanted to create a series of styles that represents the three different facets of Rita: glamour, effortlessness and cool,” he explained.
Sabo is based in southern Germany and operates around 300 stores worldwide.
