Nicole Scherzinger hopes to inspire fitness movement by promoting workout routine

Singer Nicole Scherzinger is teasing a new fitness venture she hopes will inspire fans to emulate her workout routine.

The former Pussycat Dolls star is one of the world’s fittest celebrities and she frequently takes to social media to offer fans a glimpse into her exercise and wellness regiments. And now Nicole is hoping to expand her love of good health after hinting at a new project that will allow her to help women get and stay fit.

“I can’t talk too much about it, but I’m really excited because I’m creating a fitness movement for women,” she tells Us Weekly.


Though the 40 year old isn’t revealing much about her latest pursuit, she confesses the new project was inspired by her own training needs.

“Obviously I’m a woman, it was inspired by me and I thought I needed it to fit my needs, but anyone can do it,” she says. “I’m really excited. When the time is right I’m going to share that with you all.”

Meanwhile, the Don’t Cha hitmaker credits a host of varied activities for her stunning physique, and loves feeling fit she keeps up with her workouts while travelling.

“I really love everything from jogging to dance cardio to hot yoga, hot Pilates, boxing – whatever does the trick,” she says. “I have to switch it up ’cause I get bored after a while.

“If all else fails I’ll just get on the treadmill and put on my music and zone out. I do it mostly for my frame of mind more than anything.”

As for maintaining her flawless glow, Scherzinger relies on meditation and prayer.

“Sleep and water, and I think meditation and prayer is so important,” she says. “We don’t set aside enough time for ourselves to just let all of the noise and all of the dust and everything else settle and get back to the core of ourselves.”
