Megan Thee Stallion has been tapped to front the latest campaign for Rihanna’s Savage X Fenty lingerie brand.
The partnership is a natural pairing, not only because of the rapper/singer’s hit single Savage, but also due to her strong sense of personal style and promotion of body positivity.
“Meg is the energy we were looking for. She is a risk-taker with an attitude, character, and personality,” praised Rihanna, while Megan added that she was thrilled to be aligned with the label. “I’m so excited to work with a brand that embodies diversity and celebrates women in all their glory.”
The music star posted one of the sensual campaign images to her Instagram account, showing her posed over a leather armchair in a Black Caviar T-shirt Bra and Booty Short which flatter her curves.
Representatives for Savage X Fenty also shared a photo of Megan to the social media site, this time in a Balconette Bra and Side Tie Undie in Yellow Sunflower, alongside the caption: “Classy. Bougie. Ratchet. She a SAVAGE! How TF (the f**k) could we NOT partner with theestallion?! (sic).”
Rihanna co-founded Savage X Fenty in 2018, with the intention of creating a luxury lingerie brand that was inclusive of all body types. The most recent drop comes in sizes 32A – 42H and XS through 3X.
And Megan noted how happy she was to be working with a company that advocated for women of all shapes and sizes.
“In my Savage X Fenty I feel sexy, comfortable, and confident. We want all the hotties around the world to feel good about themselves exactly as they are,” the 25-year-old added.
