Khloe Kardashian has expanded her Good American fashion line to include a selection of dresses.
The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star recently took to social media to debut the new pieces.
In line with the label’s enduring mission to celebrate women of all shapes and sizes, the confidence-boosting collection is made with high-quality compression fabric that moulds to the shape of the body and accentuates curves, with garments available in a range of neutral tones including black, grey and olive.
Speaking to People, Khloe shared that introducing the dresses to the existing Good American range was a natural progression for the brand.
“We weren’t thinking about dresses but once we started venturing out to other categories it naturally took over and I’m so glad it did because I love these dresses so much,” the 34-year-old told the publication. “It’s really exciting to see where Good American has gone in two years.”
Khloe went on to reflect on the brand’s ethics and revealed that she made it a point to put inclusivity at the centre of her clothing line after being body shamed for years.
“I used to be a bigger size and I used to be ushered up all the way to basically the attic and my sisters could shop on the ‘regular’ floor and it was humiliating,” she shared. “We said (to stores that) if you want to carry our brand you have to carry the full-size range and not have the ‘plus sizes’ be in a different location. I don’t want anybody to be a cookie-cutter shape or size. And not everybody wants to be a size 2!”
The Good American bodycon dresses are priced between $105 (£80) and $189.90 (£145) and are available online now.
