DROOL! 10 Saucy Pictures Of The New Bachelor, Marc Buckner

Earlier this week, M-Net announced that Mark Buckner will serve as the next bachelor in the new season of The Bachelor South Africa and with entries closing tomorrow, we thought we’d give you 10 reasons you should certainly enter the show’s next season if you’re a single woman looking for love.

Marc is certainly a catch. He is a mature, witty, energetic, smart, adventurous and compassionate, globe-trotting action man and multiple property owner and currency trader and investor and is ready to settle down – but he hasn’t found his one just yet.

“I have no preconceived ideas of who this woman should be,” Marc says as he prepares to search for the woman of his dreams. “Sometimes opposites attract and I can’t wait to invest quality time in getting to know the diverse group of powerful South African ladies who are as keen as I am to put their hearts on the line for love on a television show.”

I learned or should I say reminded myself of a couple things this day. 1: I'm not superman…well, not always 😉 2: Doctors don't always know best. My climb ended a little abruptly when I managed to dislocate a finger on my left hand. What an unfortunate time to dislocate a finger, I mean really. So I left it as one does…after putting my finger back in place ofcourse. 2 weeks later I was still in pain and heavily swollen, so I was convinced to see a specialist.  I must admit, after my back injury, "specialists" and surgeons are not always my favorite people. This specialist/surgeon proceeded to tell me that I now have what is called a trigger finger and if I do not have him inject cortisone into the nerve sheath then it will not heal and I will soon need surgery.  This ofcourse was an extra cost. Needless to say, he was not impressed that I believed my body would heal on its own and I did not need his intervention. Did I say he was not impressed? Well not at all happy with my decision. He looked like I had just questioned whether he bought those pretty diplomas off ebay. A few weeks later my mom said "oh I was meaning to ask, how's the pain in your finger?" I said "what pain?" I had completely forgotten for a minute. No big ass needles full of drugs and no surgery! Morale of the story, I actually am superman and sometimes it's okay to trust your gut instead of listening to what everyone else has to say.. Thanks for the pic @shawnborch
