The Small Business Corner: Orgānico

Small Business

WE here at People Magazine believe in the small business enterprise as a driver of our economy. We are strong supporters of those individuals who exhibit a strong entrepreneurial spirit. They are also great creators of jobs, no matter how big or small the task, and they often tend to do what they do simply for the love of it. They uplift so many people in this country. It is for this very reason that we feel we need to provide them with as much support we can possibly give.

Who Are They?

Orgānico sources essential oils harvested in their native regions to get the best quality oils available. Orgānico sells ultrasonic diffusers for homes, cars and even diffuser pendants to create a spa like environment wherever you are. Their product range is unlike anything the market has seen before. They’re also the first company to introduce concentrated organic blends to target specific issues for people who do not know much about essential oils and the only company to introduce organically certified beard oil, handmade boar brushes and pear wood combs. They are certified by the USDA – United States Department of Agriculture’s National Organic Programme. They are also certified by Ecocert SA. Their quality management system enables them to guarantee their oils’ purity and authenticity by way of their fully traceable supply lines and batch management systems.

What Do They Do?

It isn’t just about vanity, there’s a focus on wanting to feel healthy as well wanting to achieve certain targets, from completing that triathlon to climbing Kilimanjaro. They’ve become very earth conscious and enjoy knowing they support sustainable farming practices. Organic products are in high demand and the natural care movement is strong. The majority of essential oil and ultrasonic diffuser purchasers are usually women. A typical profile is female between 30 and 55 looking for natural solutions and products for her family. Their ultrasonic diffusers are BPA free and beautiful to look at. They’ve also heeded the call of men and are the only supplier of certified organic beard oil and kits which have been carefully formulated to be anti-bacterial. This is the decade of the beard. Male grooming is one of the fastest growing sectors. More and more men are embracing facial hair, a trend which for many has turned into more of a lifestyle choice than a fashion accessory.

Robert

Robert

Robert is a descendant of the stout Macpherson Clan out of the Scottish Highlands and can claim Robert the Bruce as a far-off cousin. He suffers from a severe form of Collectors’ Disease and sports an assortment of small valuable curious. In his spare time he works a full-time job, but his real prowess lies within his musical aptitude as a drummer. He is a semi-amateur of the instrument and although he claims beating a drumhead one of the more primal sensations man can experience, he feels it to be an unnatural exercise to pursue. If he could have his way, he’d have breakfast every meal of the day and is a fan of all things Roald Dahl.
