Exercise

“I always train in the morning because I have less time during the day to make up excuses as to why I shouldn’t go, and I generally tend to make healthier meal choices throughout the day when I have gone to gym in the morning.”

“High-intensity interval training, which refers to classes like Sweat 1000, are the quickest way to achieve results for both toning and weight loss.”

TIP

Biltong is a great snack for those peckish moments. It’s a great natural source of protein, which plays a vital role. It’s also low in fat — just three percent fat in a 25 gram serving.
