12 Ways To Get Fit – no gym needed!
1.Start walking — with a friend, group or your dog
2.Jogging or running is a great way to shed those extra kilos and tone that toosh.
3.Gardening is also a wonderful way to burn some calories and tone your bod.
4.Play with your kids in the garden or nearby park — this will keep them healthy in the process, too.
5.Go riding with friends and stop to have a picnic.
6.Start swimming — at home or at a club. Swimming has been proven to be one of the best ways to stay in shape.
