5 Minutes With Fitness Bunny – Sbahle Mpisane
Sbahle Mpisane is a popular fitness and wellness motivator who serves as an inspiration for her thousands of followers on social media. Through her Instagram, Sbahle shares videos where she demonstrates her exercising routines. We recently took some time chat to this gorgeous young lady about her fitness routines, plans for the future And a whole lot more.
We know you as Sbahle, the fitness and wellness motivator also known as – The Fitness Bunny. How would you describe yourself?
Sbahle is definitely a go-getter, always looking forward to doing new things, she’s always busy trying to grab every opportunity that life has to offer.
Please share with us the one thing, most people might find hard to believe about you?
I’m a huge animal lover; I have a very soft spot for dogs.
We noticed that you’re quite active on social media, especially Instagram. How important do you think it is for celebs to interact with their followers on social media?
I think that celebrities need to be very wise in their decisions when choosing to interact with their followers on social media. I know specifically for me, I use Instagram as a platform to showcase and inform people about health and fitness. Therefore it’s important that we interact in a manner that encourages growth and positivity.
Do you like exercising to music? And if so, is there a certain type of music you prefer?
I enjoy listening to trap music when I exercise.
A lot of people want to stay in superb shape but find it difficult to stay disciplined. Where do you get the motivation to put in the hours in the gym?
My motivation comes from knowing that when I’m at the gym, I’m bettering myself and taking care of my health. I’m also greatly motivated by the thousands of people who are inspired by me and have found my health and fitness journey relatable.
Speaking of staying in shape, how many hours you spend in the gym per day?
I spend roughly an hour per day. I try to utilise my time very wisely at gym.
So what’s more important for a great a body? Exercising or eating healthy?
Eating healthy is a high priority, as the saying goes “you are what you eat”. Going to gym helps you shape up your body and also help to keep it firm and toned. It is important to know that in order to achieve the best results, a combination of eating healthy and exercising must be done.
