What's the best moisturiser for Oily Skin:

Heather Locklear says the key to her amazing skin is hydration. Aside from using hydrating water-based moisturisers, she drinks loads of water daily.

Oily skin is caused by an over secretion of sebum/oil from the sebaceous glands. Moisturiser, as mentioned previously, rehydrates the skin and provides it with water. Stick to water-based moisturisers that are non-comedogenic as there is less risk of causing blemishes.
