Nasty beauty problems solved take a look at how to prevent and treat these winter beauty woes.

Cracked Heels

• Prevention: Exfoliate feet on a weekly basis by scrubbing away dead skin cells with a pumice stone. In addition, apply a moisturiser that contains hydrating acids, daily.

• Treatment: The best treatment, with the fastest results, is to apply a thick cream in the evenings and wear cotton socks to bed. The socks will cause your feet to sweat slightly and the moisture will be deeply absorbed. Always reapply moisturiser in the morning.
