If you are trying to protect your heart, experts suggest you eat beetroot with beef burgers.
Scientists have found that the antioxidants in beetroot may prevent the body from the absorbing fats. A study has also linked coffee with a lover risk of heart failure. Two mugs a day could help keep the heart healthy. Research suggests that drinking moderate amounts of coffee can cut the odds of cardiac trouble – but note, too much coffee (more than five cups a day) may be counter-productive.
