Get The Look: A lip stain or tinted balm is applied to Elle’s lips for the matte effect and a very natural looking rosy blush as well – about two shades darker than her skin tone. Cream or liquid liner would be best to create this look, but a bright yellow eye shadow along with some yellow eye liner will also do the trick. One or two layers of mascara would be enough for this look.
